How to Troubleshoot, Fix, and Report Issues — How to Get Help

If you have any plugin-related issue whatsoever, contact our team, and we'll do everything we can to help. However, before doing so, it would be helpful if you first followed these steps:

1) Clear your website cache. If you have a caching plugin installed such as WP Rocket, LiteSpeed Cache, W3 Total Cache, etc., you must clear the cache after making any change to your website. These plugins are great and can significantly improve performance, but they work by showing users "snapshots" of the site rather than live versions.

For example: if you made a change in the backend but cannot see it on the front end, it's very likely a caching issue.

2) Can you replicate the problem in the plugin demo? Please try to see if the issue can be replicated in our plugin's live demo.

This gives us some very important information. If the issue does not happen in the demo but does happen on your website, there is likely a plugin conflict or some problem specific to your site.

We are happy to help either way, but in this case we will probably need a temporary login to your site to investigate and figure out what's causing the problem, since it's specific to your setup.

3) Disable MarketKing. This doesn't apply in all situations, but if it does, simply disable MarketKing to see if the problem is caused by the plugin or if it's completely unrelated.

4) Disable all other plugins except MarketKing and WooCommerce. Does this fix the issue? If it does, try enabling the other plugins one by one to figure out which one is causing the problem.

Following these steps can help both you and our team gather important information about your issue and allow us to get it fixed for you quickly.
